  • Lead Council officer for London Borough Croydon BID (2005-2007)
  • Chaired LBC Officers BID Operations Group
  • Negotiated baseline agreements between Council & BID steering group
  • Facilitated meetings with Council & public sector partners re the BID Yes campaign
  • Established protocols and continued compliance and governance for BID Ballot process
  • Negotiated Croydon BID levy transfer arrangements
  • Negotiated local authority endorsement of the final Croydon BID proposal
  • Negotiated legal operating agreements between Council & BID steering group
  • Assisted the New Addington (NA) Business Partnership and District Centre Management team with a feasibility study and proposal for the proposed New Addington BID (2008-09)
  • Established the NA BID timeframe to take account of Cabinet deadlines & obligatory notice periods
  • Reviewed options for the extension of the NA BID area
  • Negotiated joint-financing of NA BID campaign costs
  • Project Managed successful New Addington BID campaign & ballot (Feb – Dec 2012)
